Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Article 5 (Prohibitions)

Article 6 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)

However, if the contract between our company and the customer (including this Agreement) regarding the service becomes a consumer contract stipulated in the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption provision will not apply, but even in this case, the Company shall not be liable for damages (including cases where we or the customer foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damages) arising from special circumstances among damages incurred by the customer due to default or tort due to our negligence (excluding gross negligence).
We are not responsible for any transactions, communications, disputes, etc. that occur between you and other customers or third parties regarding this service. -
Article 10 (Changes to Service Contents, etc.)
The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notifying the customer, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer as a result. -
Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Use)
If we deem it necessary, we may change this agreement at any time without notifying the customer. In addition, if you start using this service after changing this agreement, the customer will be deemed to have agreed to the changed agreement. -
Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)
We will properly handle personal information acquired through the use of this service in accordance with our "Privacy Policy". -
Article 13 (Notice or Contact)
Notification or communication between the customer and us shall be made by the method specified by us. Unless the customer submits a change notification in accordance with the method specified separately by the Company, the Company will consider the currently registered contact information to be valid and will notify or contact the relevant contact information. These will be deemed to have reached the customer at the time of transmission. -
Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Customers may not transfer or pledge their status under the Terms of Use or their rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without our prior written consent. -
Article 15 (Governing Law/Jurisdiction)
The law of Japan shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms. In addition, regarding this service, the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall be excluded.
In the event of a dispute regarding this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court.
